Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Promote Seen — please read it alongside our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

1. The agreement

These Terms of Service are a contract between you and Promote Seen, the operator of promoteseen.com. Promote Seen is based at 6th Floor, Good Earth Business Bay-1, Golf Course Road Extension, Sector 58, Gurugram, Haryana 122098, India.

By using the site — reading it, copying a prompt, creating an account or posting a comment — you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Two other documents are part of this agreement:

  • our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it;
  • our Disclaimer, which explains what we are and are not responsible for, including results from AI tools and how you use them.

We do not repeat those documents here. Please read all three. Together they are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. No signature is needed.

Promote Seen is independent. We are not connected to OpenAI, Google or any other company whose AI tools our prompts are written for.

2. Words we use

  • Site — promoteseen.com and everything we publish on it.
  • Prompt — a piece of text we publish for you to paste into an AI tool.
  • AI tool — any image or video generator run by another company, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney or Sora.
  • Output — an image, video or other file you create in an AI tool.
  • Content — everything on the site: prompts, sample images and videos, articles, collections, design and code.
  • Your submissions — comments, prompt ideas, feedback or messages you send us.
  • You — anyone who uses the site.

3. You must be 18 or older

The site is for adults only. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If we learn that someone under 18 has an account or has posted a submission, we will remove it. Note that AI tools have their own age rules, which you must also meet.

4. Accounts

You can use nearly everything on the site without an account. If you create one to save prompts or use member features:

  • give us accurate details and keep them current;
  • keep your password private and do not share your account;
  • tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it;
  • accept that you are responsible for everything done through your account.

We may refuse, suspend or close an account at any time if we believe it is being misused, run by a bot or left unused for a long period. You can delete your account whenever you like. It is deactivated at once and permanently deleted after 30 days; sign in within those 30 days to restore it.

5. What the site is

Promote Seen is a free library of prompts written and tested by our team. You copy a prompt, paste it into the AI tool of your choice with your own photo, and the tool creates the result. There are no credits, subscriptions, locked prompts or paid tiers. The site is paid for by advertising.

We may add, change, retire or replace prompts, collections and features at any time without notice.

6. Using our prompts

What you can do. You may copy any prompt on the site, change it, and use it in any AI tool to create outputs for personal or commercial use, free of charge. Whatever you create is yours, as far as the AI tool's own terms and the law allow. We claim no rights in your outputs.

What you cannot do. You may not:

  • copy prompts in bulk, by hand or with bots, scrapers or AI agents;
  • republish or sell our prompts on another site, app, marketplace, PDF, prompt pack, course or social account;
  • pass off our prompts, sample images or articles as your own;
  • use our content to build or train a competing prompt library, dataset or AI product;
  • remove our name, watermarks or copyright notices;
  • copy our site design, code or layout, or embed our pages in another site without permission;
  • do anything that damages or overloads the site.

Sharing is welcome. Link to any prompt page freely. If you quote a short part of a prompt in a review or tutorial, credit Promote Seen and link back.

7. Who owns the content

Everything on the site — the prompts, how they are written and organised, the sample images and videos, the articles, the design and the code, and the Promote Seen name and logo — belongs to Promote Seen or our licensors. It is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and international law. Any right we do not give you in Section 6 stays with us.

8. Rules of use

When you use the site or our prompts, you agree that you will:

With photos

  • use only photos of yourself, or of people who have clearly agreed to have their photo transformed by an AI tool;
  • never use a photo of anyone under 18, unless you are their parent or legal guardian and the prompt is fully appropriate for a child;
  • never create sexual, nude or suggestive content of any person without their consent, or of a minor in any circumstances.

With outputs

  • not present an AI-generated output as a real photo or video where that could mislead someone — for example in news, dating profiles, job applications, identity documents or legal matters;
  • add any AI-generated label or disclosure that the platform or law requires;
  • not use outputs to impersonate, harass, defame, threaten or humiliate anyone, or to spread misinformation.

With the site

  • not use bots, scripts or automated tools to visit the site or copy content;
  • not click on ads for any reason other than genuine interest, and not ask others to do so;
  • not upload malware, try to break into our systems, or post spam;
  • not break any law that applies to you, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

We can remove content, block an IP address, close an account and report illegal activity to the police without warning if these rules are broken.

9. Comments, ideas and feedback

Anything you send us stays yours, but by sending it you give Promote Seen a free, permanent, worldwide licence to use, edit, publish and promote it in connection with the site. You confirm it is your own work, that it is accurate and that it breaks no law or third-party right. We may edit, decline or remove any submission without notice, and we are not obliged to publish anything. Ideas and suggestions may be used by us without payment. Do not send us anything confidential. Opinions in comments belong to the people who post them, not to us.

10. Copyright and takedown requests

If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright or trademark, or shows you without your consent, email [email protected] with the subject "Takedown request" and include:

  • your name, address, email and phone number;
  • what work or right of yours is affected, with proof of ownership if you have it;
  • the exact web address on promoteseen.com where the material appears;
  • a statement that you honestly believe the use is not permitted;
  • a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them;
  • your signature, typed or handwritten.

We follow the Copyright Act, 1957, the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and, for overseas rights holders, the DMCA notice-and-takedown process. We acknowledge valid requests within 72 hours and act on them within the time the law allows. Sending a knowingly false request may make you liable.

If your own submission was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address with the same details.

Grievance Officer. Under Indian intermediary rules, any complaint about content on the site can be sent to our Grievance Officer at [email protected] or by post to the address in Section 1. We acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.

11. Limits on our liability

The site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available". Our Disclaimer explains in plain words what we do not promise; this section sets the legal limits.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Promote Seen and its owners, staff, writers and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from your use of the site, a prompt, an AI tool or an output — even if we were told such loss was possible.

Because the site is free, our total liability to you for all claims together is limited to INR 1,000.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. If you are a consumer in a country whose laws give you rights that cannot be waived, those rights stay in place.

12. Your promise to cover our costs

If a third party brings a claim against Promote Seen because of your use of the site, a prompt or an output — including a claim by a person whose photo you used, a claim of copyright or privacy infringement, or a claim arising from your breach of these Terms — you agree to defend us and to pay any damages, costs and reasonable legal fees that result. We may take over the defence of any such claim, and you agree to cooperate.

13. Ending this agreement

You can stop using the site at any time. We can suspend or end your access at any time, with or without a reason, and without notice. If we do, you may no longer copy new prompts, but outputs you have already created remain yours to use under Section 6. Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12 and 14 continue to apply after the agreement ends.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

If you have a problem, email [email protected] first. We will try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If that fails, the dispute will go to arbitration in Gurugram, Haryana, before a single arbitrator appointed by agreement under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in English. Subject to that, the courts of Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction. Either side may still go to court for urgent relief to protect intellectual property.

If you live outside India and your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be taken away, those rights are not affected.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the law, the site or the AI landscape changes. We will change the effective date at the top and, for significant changes, post a notice on the site or email account holders. Using the site after a change means you accept the new Terms.

16. General

  • These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer are the whole agreement between you and us.
  • If any part is found invalid, the rest still applies.
  • If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • You may not transfer this agreement to anyone else; we may transfer it to a successor of our business.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as outages at AI providers, hosts or ad networks.
  • The English version of these Terms is the official one.
