We publish the words. What you create with them, in whichever AI tool you choose, is your work and your responsibility.

Effective date: 25 September 2026

The short version

Promote Seen publishes prompts. That is all we do. We do not generate images or videos, we do not run any AI model, and we never receive your photos. What you create with our prompts, in whichever AI tool you choose, is your work and your responsibility. This page explains where our responsibility ends and yours begins.

1. We only provide the words

Every prompt on this site is a piece of text. You copy it, open an AI tool such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney or Sora, add your own photo if the prompt needs one, and the tool creates the result. Promote Seen has no part in that step. We do not see what you upload, we do not see what comes out, and we cannot change, filter or approve any of it.

2. Results differ from tool to tool

The same prompt will not give the same result in ChatGPT, Gemini and other tools, and often not even in the same tool twice. Each provider uses different models, settings and safety filters, and updates them without notice. A prompt that gave us a clean, photo-real portrait in testing may give you something different: a changed face, flatter light, an added object, a watermark, a refusal, or nothing at all.

For these reasons we make no promise that any prompt will:

  • work in a particular AI tool, or keep working after that tool updates;
  • keep your face, body, outfit or background exactly as they are in your photo;
  • produce an image or video that is accurate, flattering, safe for work or fit for any purpose;
  • match the sample images shown on the site.

3. The AI tools are not ours

ChatGPT belongs to OpenAI. Gemini belongs to Google. Other tools belong to their own companies. We have no relationship with any of them and no control over them. When you use one of these tools:

  • its terms of use and content rules apply to you, and some are stricter than ours;
  • its prices apply — some tools charge for generation, and we do not receive or refund any of that money;
  • its privacy policy applies to your photos, which may include using them to train its models;
  • it may be unavailable, slow, rate-limited or withdrawn at any time.

Problems with an AI tool — a bad result, a lost photo, a suspended account, an unexpected charge — are between you and that provider.

4. You are responsible for what you create

We cannot see how a prompt is used, so we cannot take responsibility for it. Promote Seen accepts no liability for any image, video or other output made with our prompts, or for anything that happens because of it. This includes, without limit:

  • Using someone else's photo. If you put a photo of another person into an AI tool, you must have that person's clear permission. If you do not, and they complain, sue or report you, that is your matter alone. The same applies to photos of celebrities, public figures, ex-partners, colleagues, strangers and children.
  • Deceptive or harmful use. Fake profiles, fake evidence, revenge content, impersonation, defamation, harassment, political misinformation or anything sexual involving a person who did not consent or is under 18. Our prompts are not written for these uses, and we do not permit them.
  • Breaking the law where you live. Rules on AI-generated media, deepfakes, likeness rights and labelling differ by country and change often. Knowing and following them is your job.
  • Consequences on other platforms. If Instagram, LinkedIn, an AI provider or an employer removes your content or suspends your account because of something you generated, we are not involved.
  • Commercial use. If you use an output in an advertisement, product, book or client work, you are responsible for checking that you have the rights to do so under the AI tool's terms and applicable law.

We may remove a prompt or block a user if we become aware of misuse, but we have no duty to monitor how prompts are used and no ability to undo what has already been generated.

5. Sample images are examples, not promises

The photos and videos shown next to each prompt were produced during our own testing, in the tools and versions available at the time. They show what the prompt can do, not what it will do for you. Some samples are edited for clarity or cropped for layout.

6. Our articles are information, not advice

Our blog and guides explain how prompts work, which tools are good at what, and how to get better results. They are written from our own testing and experience by our editorial team. They are not legal, professional, financial or technical advice, and they should not be the only thing you rely on before making a decision. Tool features, prices and policies mentioned in an article may have changed since it was written.

7. How Promote Seen makes money

Promote Seen is free and always will be. We earn money in two ways, and both are kept separate from what we publish:

  • Advertising. We show ads served by Google AdSense. Advertisers do not choose, review or influence our prompts or articles, and we do not endorse any product advertised on the site.
  • Affiliate links. Some links to AI tools or products are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, we may earn a small commission. You pay nothing extra. We recommend tools because we use and test them, not because they pay us, and we mark affiliate content where the law requires.

We do not accept payment to include, rank or praise any prompt or tool.

The site links to AI tools, tutorials, sources and products we do not own. We check links when we publish them but cannot monitor other sites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, safety or availability, and a link is not an endorsement.

9. Accuracy and updates

AI models change every few weeks. We test prompts before publishing and recheck popular ones when major models update, but we cannot promise that every prompt on the site is current on the day you read it. If a prompt stops working, tell us at [email protected] and we will retest it.
